Liam is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Oklahoma, specializing in commercial and investment properties throughout the North Dallas-Fort Worth market. He is passionate about helping clients make informed real estate decisions and building long-term wealth through strategic property investments.
Liam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas (UNT). During his time at UNT, he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club and the honors accounting society Beta Alpha Psi. He continues to support the profession as a member of the UNT Real Estate Alumni Association.
Committed to expanding his expertise, Liam later earned a Master of Legal Studies from the Texas A&M University School of Law, along with a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate and Construction Law, Policy, and Management. This unique combination of real estate, finance, and legal education allows him to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on complex transactions and investment opportunities.
Liam remains actively involved in the real estate community and currently serves in several leadership roles, including:
Director for the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® (GDWCAR, 2026-2029)
Chairman of the GDWCAR Young Professionals Committee and Networking Group (2026+)

Outside of real estate, Liam enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever possible. An avid outdoorsman, he values hard work, integrity, and service, qualities that have guided him throughout his life. One of his earliest achievements was earning the rank of Eagle Scout at just 14 years old, a distinction that reflects the dedication and leadership he continues to bring to both his profession and his community.
